That sounds like a great environment for your sweetie! She's very smart too. I'm sure she is thriving there.

Yes! Too fast. I stopped slinging him early this year. He was getting too big (and heavy) even for my trusty Maya Wrap. I could still sling him if I wanted to but he's happy to walk. ;)

Hello, I reached your blog through Riv's
:)

Anyway, I do want to affirm that flashcards are a fun way to learn .. To my parents' surprise, I could recognize Chinese characters when I was two :) Hooray for homeschooling!

Mag... how's Z? And I recall I being a teeny weeny baby in ur sling.. gosh time flies.

Yep... agree.. so important to have PLAY bring the major component in a kid's life. I got really freaked out when one day my niece told me my 5 yr old nephew has not played with the new toy train I gave him "because he got no time to play"!!!

He's good! Already in Primary 2, would you believe it? :):) He's enjoying school and play. He barely does any work at home, unless it's exam time, lol.

I was looking at some of Isaac's newborn photos and I saw the one of him and the basket of C&E goodies that you gave me, on behalf of the other thoughtful ladies. THANK YOU once more. That was a very kind thing you did and I'm still touched. :)
