       Yesterday my grandfather celebrated his 80th birthday. I don't think I have ever seen so many people wear that much red! From head to toe I might add. =/ As my last name suggests, I have Chinese blood running through my veins and thus am strongly bounded by Chinese traditions. In this case, the requirement of wearing red during birthdays.

Awww. :) Unfortunately I cannot relate because I'm not Chinese. Although I have seen Chinese families all wearing red a number of times. My father said we have Chinese blood. We even celebrate Chinese New Year! We wear red too. :D

Admittedly, we can all get irrational sometimes and fret about the most minute things. It happens. Although, it's really fulfilling and worth it when you go through all that just to make someone genuinely happy. It feels good, doesn't it? What matters is that everyone is happy and having fun. That includes you, of course. I'm sure you won't be having problems in wearing red from now on. :)
