So two weeks have gone. I've made it to Orissa in the north east just under kolcata. It's stoopendously hot here although i've been quite lucky and it has been cloudy some mornings. I've almost become accustomed to the occaisional 40+ midday heat and getting into bed with wet clothes so i'm cool enough to sleep

Yay! I went to Simlipal when I was wee--have wonderful memories of the back wall of our bathroom in pieces because of rampaging elephants--and of see tiger eyes in the dark.
