i can confidently say, that the last 2 practices with MADAGAIN, have been the best practices with this band ever...so much emotion, i really feel good about it - and our new drummer danny is quite the skin poundin man....its fuel for the fire i tell you...i hope all of you go to the show friday, even with the ever changing bands

My words of wisdom, and by no means do you have to accept them, you can't blame a town, only the people in it. You know very well that certain people are not worth your sorrows, while they bask in ignorant bliss. By letting them get you down, you are only empowering them. I know I don't know everything about your situation, and I hope things get better for you over time. This just the perspective from an outsider, and although I know I'm young and lack life experience, it is what I have learned in the little time I've been on this ball of dirt. Anyways keep your head up and save your liver. Health livers=awesome.

yes no one certain person is worth this sorrow, i guess just a streak of about 14 tends to wear down the armor that we have to wear, to keep from crackin...well this armor is thin, in fact ive lost it in alot of places, i pray every night for a change, a change from this place, and from those people, going to sleep sucks, but going to sleep under sedation is not so bad, its bearable, and sorta livable, it wont win me the war, but it will give me the courage to keep fightin...only a few know the gory details, and i cant say that its the worst thats happened to me yet, but as a whole, in the big scheme of things, well ive had enuff. and this has definaley made me view people different, even though im a sucker most of the time, i know now..afer time#453 to never disbelieve your gut. sometimes its all youve got.
