I waited until the actually broadcast to watch the finale, and scribbled down some thoughts while I was watching. I present to you:
Oh Todd! Basically, Atlantis is his weekend spa getaway. They should start charging, I bet they'd make a fortune.
John (to Todd): I wanna trust you baby, but you keep breaking my heart.
Ha! They strip-searched Todd.
Re: the death threat. Todd clearly thought his human BFF would never do that to him.
Thank God for inertial dampeners, or that hit and spin would have been unpleasant.

Well that sucks about the ships, but doesn't Earth have drones in Anarctica? (Later: Well I guess they took care of those. Pretty much Earth's screwed?)
Oh yeah, Todd's got a thing for John. ZPMs=courting gift.
Oh noes! They're banishing John from the city. I think I've read this fic before...
Gah, flight gear revs my engine, if you know what I mean. Why yes, I did get Top Gun for X-mas this year.
Surprise, surprise, John's plan is another suicide run. Does he sound incredibly disoriented, or is it just me?

ATLANTIS TO THE RESCUE
You know, for a minute there I really thought the series was going to end with Team Shep, Lorne, and Co being blown to bits on a hiveship. It would have been a Joss-ish thing to do.
Oh poor John. Everyone's paired up 'cept him.
Oh nevermind, he's got his boyfriend Todd.
And gag me with a spoon, this eppy was delightfully McKeller-free except that horrible little moment at the end.
