Born into a family of scientists, Haruka was often doing experiments with her parents from a young age, and because of that, became extremely interested in Science. Nothing really interesting ever happened in her life - she had a pretty normal upbringing, and was-for the most part-a regular and happy kid. Because of her parent’s scientific background, Haruka became extremely interested in science and everything surrounding it. She loves learning, and doing science experiments with her parents. When she was growing up, she always wanted Science Kits for her birthday, and it’s the only thing she’s truly passionate about.
Haruka is somewhat shrewd in real life, and does spend a lot of time on the internet. Most of the guys she’s dated have actually been guys on the internet, found on an online game she likes to play (let’s say the Japanese version of Wow, rofl). Some nude pictures (which she sent to one of her internet boyfriends) of her got out around the school at some point, too. \o/ You can think what you like (she photoshopped them herself, by the way, because she doesn’t have much cleavage herself).

Despite her rather geeky attitude, Haruka does not have the stereotypical look of a geek. Her hair is naturally brown, and comes past her shoulders. Haruka has a baby face, complete with dimples. She looks rather young for her age because of that, and the fact she has next to no breasts doesn't help that, either.
Haruka doesn’t really dress in the way a geek usually dresses. The clothes she wears are rather stylish and by looks alone, you would think she fitted in to the "bitchy clique" at school. She enjoys wearing loose fitting tops and dresses, the colours being brighter, rather than dark colours.

Haruka is a quiet, reserved girl. She keeps to herself most of the time, although if you start up a conversation with her, she'll roll with it and start being the chatty girl she is around her friends. She doesn't say a bad thing about anyone - although, she does dislike people, she doesn't come out and say it. She prefers to keep stuff like that bottled up, as to not hurt anyone's feelings.

[Intelligent] - Haruka grew up with a nerdy family, go figure. She knows her stuff.
[Friendly] - Because of the fact she prefers to keep her real opinions (at least, her real bad opinions) bottled up, she won't really have any enemies (unless like, they hate her because she's smart).
