Why are wisdom teeth called wisdom teeth?

So yesterday my wisdom teeth were removed...its not as bad as everyone told me it would be...not too much pain and very little swelling...i don't look like a chipmunk, which makes me happy...lol

i got my wisdom teeth pulled two days before new years eve, and i truly deeply looked like a chipmunk. it was horrible. i couldnt do anything that night :-/

i think everyone wants a relationship. believe me you're definately not the only one who wants a relationship. just take your time, and dont look for someone. it'll happen eventually. and whatever you do, make sure you dont turn out like a slut like me ;-). then your parents will be mad at you... but yeah, you're cute and there's nothing to keep you from dating and stuff, so just wait for the right person to come along. it'll happen eventually, just dont worry or think about it..

Wow..reading that mike gave me chills because i know exactly how u feel. I know how everyone tells u the same thing that it'll happen and if u keep looking for it that it won't find you yada yada I've heard it all and when it comes to relationships i find myself soo unlucky because i've gotten shafted and dissappointed soo much and its coming to the point where i wanna give up. I just know that you should never give up...ur still so young and u've got so much time. I know i'm young too but not as young as i used to be..i'm in college and I haven't even had that real relationship yet. It sucks. I'm not giving you sympathy or anything but i thought i would share my words of wisdom and my experiences because i can definitely relate. I know u got ur friends and i know that we all love u..seriously tho..knowing u has definitely made me a better and happier person and its seriously helped me through my first yr of college cuz last yr was rough so i treasure our friendship soooo much and I know any girl would be sooo lucky to have u. But
