i have these twitches. i just twitch in random parts of my body. its creepy. it kinda feels like my veins are bursting or something. anyways. i was just lying in bed trying to go to sleep. and i had a twitch in my back. and it felt like someone poked me in the back. kinda freaked me out. im sure this isnt healthy. oh well.

Random twitching just before you fall asleep is relatively common. I think it's called a myoclonic twitch or something like that. Did it feel like you were falling at all?

nope. it kinda feels like my veins are pulsing really fast. i can feel it. and you can see it.
