whoa, rewind! is there an Amoeba Records down here in SoCal?!? ...being from NorCal, we would only do our CD shopping on Telegraph in Berkeley at Amoeba or Rasputin's! If there is such a thing here, I can look forward to good music again!! woo hoo!!

what's going on this weekend? anything exciting? oh hey check this out. so i get contacted on myspace by someone i went to high school with. it turns out he is the founder of ray at night!!! can you believe that?
Rad! Ray at Night is a super good time. Tell him we totally appreciate it! I told you my mom showed there for a bit right? This weekend I am doing my dive class. SUPER DUPER broke cause of it, but it will be very cool =] What have you been up to? You havent been posting much...thoguh I'm one to talk, eh? lol
Most SoCal indie stores are gone now (Melrose is now empty, while it was superb 10+ years ago), but the two that are worth something area Amoeba (Sunset and Cahuenga, just two blocks west of Vine and Sunset) and Lou's Records in Encinitas. There is one still in Pasadena, but cannot recall the name at the moment.
