no, I don't read that blog, but it sounds like I need to. my favorite tumblr/blog Drink The Shakesville Kool Aid is closing fown, and I had a sad about it.
I think the thing that bothers me most about skinny doc is that he got all fake - enthusiasm at the end and talked to me like I was five, saying "ok your goal now is to lose ten pounds by the time we set up your appointment. " which was in two weeks. dude wanted me to lose 10 pounds in two weeks? WTF? is that even healthy?
