Evidently strange things are afoot at 3AM, when the normal world slumbers peacefully...

Yes. My co-workers did not believe me, until they got up and looked out my window!

But... but... SNOW MEANS LOVE!

Not complaining at all, especially because it only lasted about 45 minutes and thus there was none of the ice and other ickiness associated with snow. :)

Amazing!

I heard of snow in the UK for Easter, too, this year. It's interesting.

Snow in Colorado on Easter, though, is not particularly remarkable; but did happen as well. *grin*

Well, it isn't something that happens around here very often (Amarillo tends to be pretty dry), especially this late in the year. :)

Oh dear! And i thought it was bad that we got our first snowfall on Easter. But we should have snow, we are in Switzerland! But in Texas....?

Well, Amarillo is actually the same latitude (that's the North-South ones, right? c_c) as a few ski resorts in New Mexico, but we're a good deal drier. So snow isn't totally a strange thing here--we usually have at least 2-4 snowfalls/ice storms each winter, and if not, it can at least get really cold!--but having snow this late in the year is odd.

I never knew that. I guess I just never thought of snow in Texas. Like snow in California. I've even been there to go skiing, it's still an odd idea. Gonna have to break out the geography books now!
