Why this country particularly? I think your accent is lovely.
I was making reference to Casting Directors & Artistic Directors whose Subjective Perception of people with my complexion is that we should sound like Afro-Americans or be seen & not heard. This is especially an issue for expatriate Britons who have managed to become very successful in Canada, but who have failed as actors themselves.
