As London dates come closer I plan. Made a list of things i might like to buy, what store, where= what area, and so on. Not deeper cos i must save some of this pleasure for the weeks closer to the dates. It's Saturday to Monday. Yeah i like Daria, though i have seen her more on ordinary Finnish TV than MTV... she has some of me definitely *grin* Otherwise i just watch "Brand:neu", "Sushi" and "Jackass". I find Beavis & Butthead funny now in a way. *shruggers* :O)

MTV hasn't influenced my music tastes AT ALL. we only got it 1-2? years ago, and i had already formed most of my taste, through the radio (good) and British music papers. And my taste seems to be getting wider and wider which brings problems... though nothing too serious. But i think as long as i find new bands to like, i'm alive. Probably isn't true but so far it is.
And the taste thing seems to get more "raw" *laughs*. if i had seen what it is now about ten years ago i would have thought i was a real WEIRDOH. i would have covered my ears from the "noise" ahaha... i'll stop now. ;O)

I was introduced to some good bands at a young age through Beavis and Butthead..
Regular American MTV is complete and utter crap.
To appeal to the masses and not upset anyone, they must play bands that everyone above the age of 10 can comprehend
Beavis and Butthead however, played a lot of videos you wouldnt see any other time on MTV.
Because of that stupid show i like:
Siouxsie and The Banshees
The Jesus and Mary Chain
and uhh..i know there are more, but i cant remember now..

I've mainly watched b&b re-runs, so i've seen the banshees' video (i think "peekaboo" :-)), probably not JAMC, i think that was thru' the radio or the pixies' cover of their song that i got interested. *nostalgic* LOL
