So Dougie and I just bought a 1972 Winnebago Brave motorhome. It looks somewhere between a tank and a Transformer. I'm in the midst of tearing apart the interior, stripping out the old carpeting and repainting and resealing the whole thing while waiting for a few minor parts to come in to make her run a touch better. All in all, she runs great

That RULES and I'm totally jealous!! Unfortunately I have zero spare time this summer -- but lemme know where you guys are camped and I'll come by and say hi! I'll have a nifty dome at my camp which will be an awesome place to hang out during not-a-dust-storm. ;)

You are most welcome to add us to your hide out list. Part of the intent with the RV is to have a comfy chill space for our friends to duck into to escape the environment for awhile, and we would love to have you hang out with us at any time.

No, it wasn't particularly difficult to find, I just trolled Craigslist for awhile and found it.

At this point I'm mainly doing painting and getting the interior in line. Would you be down for that?

On another note, are you going to Juplaya?

It's continuous - though I have all day every Monday and Friday available for working on it, and I'm trying to fit in most every evening to work on it too. There are 56 days until event gates open, and I have a lot to do before then.
