I didn't study yesterday. I took an exam at 7:30 and I barely studied. I jogged, fixed a lunch fit for a king, jogged again, had dinner with Mark, then studied for about 20 minutes

your professor is a genius. What a great way to ease the tension. At UVSC they tried to do the same thing by handing out popcorn. Didn't work. Go figure.
I'd imagine popcorn is too greasy. You'd sit down to take the exam and your writing utensil would slide right out. Then you'd smudge the scantron or exam book so badly no one could read it--not even a machine.
If you could secure the writing instrument in between your thumb and forefinger, or wherever, it wouldn't be long before you needed to visit the bathroom. And then the professor thinks your cheating and tears up your exam.
