Saw this article in The Other Paper today and was really kinda surprised. I didn't know that Grove City Council has had an unwritten law that forbids tattoo shops in town. You'd think with the economy the way it is the government of Grove City would be encouraging any type of small business. Hello, Tax Revenue! The stupidity of people never ceases to astound me.
