First thing, I'm thinking of getting rid of FFXI. It's causing me more hassle than anything else. I had the whole day yesterday with nothing to do, so decided I'd play endlessly ^.^ yeah...that didn't happen. I got sick after it disconnected me three times in the space of about 10 minutes

Also, I'm considering dropping FFXI too, if it weren't for my pride at getting Rahne so far (not high level but we've gone a long way together) I'd have stopped already.
Sorry about the bad sleep and you should so get Evergrace. I have it, it entertained me some for ages! If I'm thinking of the right one that is... You can make them wear cooking pots on their heads and stuff right?

well yesterday it only disconnected me once, and crashed once. That was fun. Jessamy just stopped running mid-stride! She was so close to port bastok too. Had to unplug my computer after that 'cos I couldn't get it to do anything.
I hope it's nice to me, because I really don't want to leave. I raised my alchemy level from 9.7 to 14.5 last night too.
If I do decide to kill it, it won't be permanent. You have about three months, don't you? Where you can start playing and you're characters are still alive? If that's the case, it'd be for about a month then I'd reinstall it all.
(But if everything's the same after that, I'm taking a sledgehammer to the game disc's. Just so you know :p)

I think evergrace is that one!! That made me laugh (about the pots thing). I don't remember much from it at all. Just flashes. If you imagine about 6 months after the ps2 came out, that's when I last played it (I think) :p
I do remember that the main dude is called Darius though, right? I know that because one of the people in 1705 is named after him! hehe
