Because most of them require not only permission but extensive detail from you before I can attempt to incorporate his powers into the game, I'd totally appreciate it if you'd fill out the following permissions form for any characters who might potentially get involved with him.

Sirius - any of the other three Marauders would be most effective--especially Remus, as he thinks that he's been killed here or...something.
Near - L.
Giovanni - Heine, obviously. Angelika Einstürzen. Luki and Noki, especially Noki, since she disappeared here.
Tamaki - uhhhh, god. In the event that they would ever interact? (Which they might, if Smokey keeps up the Poor Child routine.) Kyouya, since he disappeared. But, also: his mother, his grandmother, his father would all do as well.
