Well put. I had hoped this would not blow up, but clearly it has, and honestly, the attitude of some of the people is really unacceptable. Though I have experienced sexual assault, I personally do not have triggers. But just because I can read a fic without being triggered doesn't mean everyone can, and it is common fucking courtesy to put a warning on something that has the potential to put a reader out of commission after reading.

So, thank you for posting, and I think I'm going to post something about it as well.
