A Sunrise to Remember

I hate waking up that early in the morning.  I hate getting up and driving to school at 7.  But today made it worth it.  The sun, as I left the garage, was just cresting the hills beyond the trees, making long orange-yellow slices across the lawn and street.  The sun itself was a big orange, brilliant, shimmering.  I didn't want to go to school so
