And it's so good to hear that you'r eliking weight training. FYI, if you're interested in getting even stronger, get some whey protein. Whenever we workout, our body consumes a lot of protein. If you take it a half hour after you lift your muscles won't go through atrophy. If you do that for maybe 3 or 4 weeks straight you'll notice a huge difference in how strong you'll be and how much energy you'll have. I just started it and I'm already feeling good and lifting more weight. ^_^
