I can complain about not being able to complain

Mar 09, 2004 23:32

Ugh...I feel like I must complain...must tell of the pretty darn awful (relatively) week that I've been having. But I don't want to. I hate complaining, even when I feel like I must. It's a complex for me or something, I must be the unflinching martyr ( Read more... )

Aww...I think it'd be neat to know about why you're an athiest. I wouldn't get offended, promise.

Actually, I think I will.

It'll have to wait until Monday-Tuesday when my ship pulls back into Washington though. *nod-nod*

If you're worried about offending people, you could always create a filter so that only the friends who wouldn't be offended would see your post. An easier method would be to use an lj-cut tag, and post a disclaimer at the top so people would only click to read the entry if they didn't care much or didn't think they'd be offended. I'm sure there's a lot of people out there who might not agree with you but still would like to hear your reasons ( ... )

Hmmm...that's a good idea about the lj-cut bitty, perhaps I'll use that then. *nod-nod*

Hehe...well, let me know when Spring Break is, and I'll see if I can take leave then. *grin* While it would be interesting to try Florida...hmmm...
Hehe...

But if that falls through, I'll be seeing you in the summer after I'm out, more likely than not. See 'ya later.

Well, my spring break is from March 20-28. At this point I don't know though, maybe I'd better not try to host guests. @_@ I have to get ready for next term and all...but we'll see.

And AAAAH NO, they're releasing you upon the nation as a civilian once more! Everyone run, he's loose!

Greyhound rates really tend to vary depending on how far you're going. Of course, you probably knew that already. ^_^ All I know is that I never had any real reason to complain about their rates. They offer a military discount, which I think is good even after you're out of the military. Whatever you do, make sure if you go Greyhound to reserve your tickets at least seven days in advance, it cuts a big chunk off the price. You can check prices fairly easily on the web. If you do decide to swing through California and happen to be in the Coalinga area, I'll be happy to set you up with a place to crash for a few nights if you're planning to bum around. ^_^ Coalinga's boring as anything, but at least you'll have a place to sleep.

Hmmm...perhaps it will be a possibility then.
Good thing I bought a GameBoy (yes, another one...maybe this one won't get stolen), those would be some pretty long rides.
