This is going to sound terrible Freudian. ......perhaps instead of coping with some issue in the waking like...you brushed it back into your sleeping life....
You, know...sometimes....you can have crappy dreams because you're NOT worried.
The illogical fears and anxieties you push to the back of your mind because you can't do anything about them or know that they're illogical have free reign over you when you're sleeping.
You can be less happy? Then your dreams can start becoming escapist instead!

I have been seeing a therapist lately and she and I have been dredging up some mighty rough stuff from my past.
Maybe, this all this crap coming out is affecting my sub-conscious.
