Awwww I want so badly to visit Key West. The atmosphere down there seems so upbeat and happy. Although my Mom says there's stray cats EVERYWHERE and that would be heartbreaking to me because I'd want to steal them all.

I love that Key West ALWAYS pulls through after every hurricane/tropical storm that hits it. No matter what they always rebuild.

HAHA, and your "Marga-RITA-ville" thing was not tacky. I cracked up actually. Loved it.

It IS the best atmosphere. There are some stray cats but they're never ignored or left to beg or anything... actually one guy comes down to the same dock every night where a lot of them hang out, and he's named them and taught them tricks, so they get food and attention. Stray chickens though? EVERYWHERE! Haha walking down the street you hear roosters every ten feet. Aww, Key West.

Key West is hardly ever hurt that badly by hurricanes, it seems. Every time I go, the buildings and everything are always the same as previous years. It's crazy though, sometimes it'll rain really hard for half an hour and the streets are like rivers. So, you just wade through the puddles until it dries up later that day.

In other words, you should go to Key West! It's awesome.

OMG! molly your pictures are GORGEOUS!! especially the ones of water and clouds. the cloud ones are magnificent. i LOVE clouds. mmm... makes me daydream. one day i'll get to go. lol. thanks so much for posting those. :-)

I had no idea how many water/cloud pictures I took until I got home, haha. And yessss, the clouds are so pretty and I just want to fly up and sit in them and not have to come back down.

I was thinking about you when I posted these... I know how much you want to go there! You must get down there sometime. You'll love it!

Oh Molly, you're pictures are absolutely breath-taking! I've never been to Key West--Florida 2165465 times never Key West!

Seriously Molly take up photography. You are great at it! Along with criminal profiler and dealing with sharks, add photographer to the list of potential jobs if the broadcasting falls through.
