hahaha. I would disagree though, because pacifist ideals, while great in theory, just don't work on a practicality level, especially in the government. Look at the French for example.

Just because it doesn't always work doesn't mean I don't believe in it.
I think it would be much better to have a lottery style system... The one they have in Sliders (first series, not sure what episode) is ideal :P
