Hello again Malik. It is nice that you have joined the community. The more the merrier I always say. *smiles* I am sorry that there is not a lot in Egypt for you. If there is anything you want I can ship it to you if you would like.
Yeah, it boring here. And hot. Did I mention hot? The government is telling us to conserve our water again, which means no swimming pools, and I don't like swimming in the Nile, so if I want to swim, I have to drive all the way up to the Mediterranean, which is couple of hours away. It sucks.
Anything? You might want to take that back, or I'll be ordering everything from books to booze!
Ok. as long as it is within reason I will send it to you. I can't say I relate as far as bosses are concerned. The boss I work for is very nice. I work for the Tokyo shipping company owned by Willy Wonka. They get shipments of his chocolates and other candies and send them to the stores. I really like working here.
I'd say no bronzeshipping. I wasn't going to play Mariku again, you know. o_o That's...not going to ruin any plans, will it? I was going to play Ryou once I got "cream_of_ghost" set up, and I was going ot take on a SPiral character jsut today, THEN catch up on Katan, but I've been resigning myself to the fact I'm not going to play my old characters again for close to a year. I'm too bored with them at this point. So really, were you expecting me to play Mariku?
Incidentally, the expression Sam used below "if there's anything you like, we can ship it for you" just made my brain go down the wrong alley in a really bad way...

Er. yes. I did read it. I was...er...confirming it. o_o That's teh first time someone's really misunderstood my text-speak in a while. I was kind of nodding in agreement, it's jsut the "probably no bronzeshipping" made me pause. The probably in particular. As though it depended on me. *cough* Sorry. Not the first time I've overanalyzed someone's speech. ^_^;;
Incidentally, meet Hizumi. Hi, Hizumi! (I need to get up a freaking post already...*grumbles*)
Oh you're in Cairo? That sounds like fun... What kinds of new friends did you have in mind, exactly? I'd imagine an Islamic country to be a little lacking in...other sorts of atmosphere.
People call me Tracer. I'm in Tokyo. Don't suppose you speak Japanese?
I'll say you've spent a lot of time here if you can tell I'm part of the "we". God, am I that obvious? Must be the hair...*he chuckles* Islam isn't too happy about my sort of thing, I know that much. I'd feel pretty sorry for you if you're in my boat there.
What brought you to Japan if you actually know the language and all? You must have been around for a while...
No fun being stuck in a boring place. *Laughs* Well, there's plenty of fun around her. I'm sure you'll fit in nicely. I'm Grace Pikes, by the way. Nice to meet you, Malik.

As for those kinds of friends.... Oh yes, we're definitely lacking around these parts.

I didn't make any assumptions about you. Why should I make assumptions from just one comment?
I'd rather not talk about why I was in Japan. That isn't exactly a part of my life I'm proud about...
