the best person in the world is my boyfriend tim. he came over and gave me a massage which helped me feel better.

i'm going to the trainer today. hopefully they can fix me!

that's what i get for going rock climbing all saturday on intermediate routes... when my back hurt for the past two days. i finished it off. my own fault.
