Did I let you know that my review of Thousand Suns was published?

Oh, and it finally made it to the UK. My local gaming store had a copy in stock this week after I kept asking about it.

You did indeed. Thanks ever so much for that.

Think nothing of it. My thanks are owed for the review copy, although I have since purchased a copy for a friend for his birthday.

I love it, Jim.

I'm thinking of assembling a list of non-apocalyptic plot frames, as a prop for myself to get further away from horror thinking about TS. Will hit you with it when there's anything showable.

Thanks. I'd love to be able to use the same basic text structure for future releases too, but I have no idea how far I can stretch it without its getting old.

Which reminds: I utterly forgot to send you a copy of the rule book. Could you resend your postal address, so I can correct my oversight?

Since my internal justification for accepting the gift was to turn it into a review ... and since the only review outlet I care to write for was already claimed (shakes a fist at pwca) ... I'll pass on the free copy. I'll do my good civic duty and buy a copy when my stimulus/rebate arrives in mid-May.

Thanks again for the offer, though!

Interesting resonance between your narrative, and today's choice of the Ensign Flandry cover as your avatar.

The Flandry icon is my default one for when I talk about Thousand Suns or older SF generally.
