It looks like their degrees are offered in lump sum prices; this is not normally a good sign and can point to the fact that it may be a degree mill.
If someone is looking for an online program, most state schools and community colleges offer online programs that a fully accredited (you didn't specify a major).
Thanks for your comments. That is our feeling about the program also but we were hoping to find out we were wrong. LOL
My friend is looking for a program in fashion design. There is nothing offered locally. She is not in a position to travel from where we live to philly or manhattan which are the only "local" choices - all being over 1 hour away.
Awww. Fashion design is a "studio" program; so online or distance learning could be hard to find (as she probably knows already). Maybe she should try the local community college? Some have arts/studio programs; some do not. It is worth a try :-).
