To save a screen in Wordpad you just hit print screen in game then alt+tab out to wordpad and hit ctrl+v. Although now it's been pointed out I can prolly do this in paint (which can be saved as a picture format, unlike wordpad) I feel like a bit of a n00bc4k3.
Yeah, Paint, or Irfanview, is a much better place to put them in (Irfanview has built in shortcuts for screenshots, and you can tell it to auto-save them somewhere-someone on the Temple linked me to it ages ago, I've still not seen anything better).
So yeah, basically, I don't really know how to help you rescue those caps because you've done something daft, but you should be able to get them out somehow (I suspect Google Docs will be able to sort it for you if nothing else).

Then you need to put them up on the web somewhere (there are plenty of free sites that will allow you do it).
Then you need to put the html in the lj entry to show them at its very simplest it is:
