Wow, powerful and so full of self-centered narcissism, which is the very definition of a sociopath. You really hit this mind-view on the head with a golden hammer. Yes someone who thinks like this would accuse a child of having such a machiavellian agenda as to take over the family fortune vs. just needing some time and attention and just maybe a hug or two. You made her so twisted yet to broken that I vassilate on the edge of hating and piting her. Whatever happens I hope that she is not able to have another child, that would be the worst of offenses in nature.
Thanks for sharing such a complex look into such a complex character.

I hate and pity her (not that she'd want the pity). The worst part is that she'd rather he had a machiavellian agenda- that would be something she could respect. It's sad that she can't even begin to process the concept of having been a bad mother. She truly sees nothing wrong with her behavior, ever. Sociopaths are experts at finding fault in others without ever taking blame themselves. With any luck, Jack wouldn't be willing to have another child with her. (Although he's so broken right now that he might just follow orders.)

Thanks. I'm glad that I captured her well. I definitely needed to wear a giant winter coat, some thermals, and carry a baseball bat with me when I was walking around in that head.

Well, if you did kill her, she'd have it coming. I think her death in canon was a blessing in disguise.
