You might be able to find some great ones on eBay for that price. I've seen some Dooney & Bourke (authentic, but slightly used) around that price.

And also, it depends if you want designer or not. If you don't really care, I'm sure you'd probably be able to find a cute one in Wal-Mart or something.

if you leave near freeport, maine there is a dooney and boruke outlet there and the prices are so cheap. i got one for 50 dollars and it's pretty big and it's wicked cute.
