I'm so sad - Sci-Fi is cancelling Stargate: SG-1 =( This season I've gotten so into the show, its been great, I've even been watching old eps and have completely rethought my take on O'Neill - I actually like him!
I guess I realize why they're wanting to take it out after this season. It's had great ratings, the show is still so popular and amazing ( Read more... )

I'm sorry about one of your fave shows getting cancelled. I know that pain ALL too well. Although my bro's lifetime boycott of the WB seemed to work as the network no longer exists :oP

Anyways, tonight I discovered that all my videos were deleted off of your server, and I don't know if I missed a payment or you had to do it for some reason or if something happened. I am reuploading as I type, but I wanted to let you know I e-med your fallin for colin account on Yahoo and just wanna see if something can be worked out, at least for a little while longer, so I can find somewhere to move 'em to.

Actually I had no idea you were still using my site for your vids, I just never paid attention to any payment I guess. Really its not a problem if you want to keep paying for room for as long as you'd like. It actually helps me out a bit. I'm really sorry 'bout your vids though, believe me, if I had decided to boot all your stuff off my server I would have let you know in advance.
The only thing I can think of is that I was having someone install a xmb forum to my fansite, but they shouldn't have messed with any files. Again, I'll check it out and let you know.

I don't even remember what I charged you before. I know you gave me over what we had talked about so I didn't bother to worry about the extra time.
I just checked what i had charged you before so what do you say to $15 for the rest of the year?
Hopefully we wont have anymore issues with things disappearing. I really wanna know how it happened, its strange

I really hope Atlantis is stable, it would be awful to lose both of them. AH! I hate even the thought of it. I'm so sad about SG-1 though, I wanted to work on that set someday =P

Of course, now I'm really afraid for SGA. It's so awesome too, just like SG-1 and I think it can go two ways. (1) the good way where all SG-1 fans support SGA (if SG-1 isn't carried on somewhere else) and SGA's ratings go up and SG-1 characters contact regularly :P or (2) the bad way where SGA isn't able to stand on its own feet and can't survive enough to be renewed after season 4.

Way 1 is way more plausible than Way 2 :P

Anyway, I'm going to keep on hoping that SG-1's carried onto a new channel and continues making their eps!

It would be awesome if Vala and Mitchell switched to SGA. I'd like a Vala/Shep pairing

Vala/Shep? :P I haven't actually heard anything about that pairing...it's an interesting one. But I think I've gotten myself too far into Daniel/Vala to get Vala with anyone else :P (Possibly Vala/Mitchell, but only because of Farscape)

I think all of SG-1 should move to Atlantis. Everyone knows how much Daniel should be there :P I think those 3 (Daniel, Vala, Mitchell) are the most likely to switchover...maybe Sam for the McKay banter...Teal'c's got too much going on with the Jaffa, so he's not likely either.

I can't believe that they are cancelling the show!!! That's sooooo sad! =( I though it was really popular too. Bummer!

it is really popular, they're just wanting to take it out on a high note. Since this is their 10th season they thought it would be a good way to go, its the longest running cable tv show ever. I guess in some ways they're right to take it while its still such a hit, but I'm gonna miss it =( I think it would still go out just as great in its 12th season

Did they really officially cancel it? I'm not shocked. SciFi is owned by NBC/GE they are notorious for cancelling shows on a whim. Most of the time for no reason at all, even if the ratings are decent.
