When she said that, I definitely had a "wtf?" moment in my head...no way does Santana Lopez not get noticed. Unless what RIB has been trying to convey is that just because she's, presumably, promiscuous, doesn't mean that she secure and "popular." *shrugs* I'm still not digging the boob job angle, but, whatever.
