Do you believe in an afterlife?

Should I have the misfortune of dying I would pass on to Mandos to rest my soul and await the time I may walk amongst the living again. This may not be an "afterlife" in the same sense as humans would think it but it is the one elves may face.

I didn not mean to imply that it was bad at all, merely that dying in general is a less than desirable thing.
If I were to die I would know your halls would be a place of peace I may stay in until I am ready to return to the living.

Good grief, you make it seem as if death were a permanent thing. It's not. Look, when your time comes, and I find you and tell you to get a move on, it'll be like checking into a luxurious hotel room until your house is finished. Capiche?
