That was amazing.
First, it was inspired by my all-time favorite Broadway song (not to mention one of the most amazingly beautiful songs ever written.)
Second, it was fantastically written.
Third, it was the perfect way to celebrate finishing all of my finals.

Thank you! Finals are bitch eh? At least they're out of the way...I have to wait until after Christmas to write mine. Way to spoil the holidays with studying.

Also, "Company" is brilliantly beautiful. It convinced me of Stephen Sondheim's genius...it's easy to be dramatic with violence and death (a la "Sweeney Todd", "West Side Story", "Assassins", etc). It's quite another thing to make ordinary human emotion into something profound and complex.

Company is my favorite musical. I was lucky enough to see the revival with Raul and it was fantastic. One of my friends even got me a copy of the PBS recording for graduation.
Everything Sondheim does is genius. I love Assassins and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum.

That sucks that your finals aren't until after the Winter holidays. Exams are such a damper. I get my grades over break, and I'm not looking forward to it.

This is such an awesome premise, and the story is adorable! I love how chill Barney tries to be, and Robin's revelation at the end. I would love to see more chapters to this . . . After all, if they got married, eventually Robin would figure out he loved her. ;)

Aw! Robin's reponse to the ring was...totally Robin :-D And the last line...just...awww!

It took me sooooo long to figure out what Robin would say to a wedding ring (...other than no, no, no, Ted you can't do this to me, no). Turns out the simplest solution is usually the best.
