Bobby!Perv indeed! Especially the part where he's running his fingers up and down the tuba. The bimbo's (April's) character plays the tuba throughout the show....meaning Bobby is literally STROKING HER INSTRUMENT!!!

Seriously, that made me go all kinds of wrong in so many ways.
