Even at 3% a miracle can still occur. An unfortunate one, which resulted in the person not being sent home. The fact that you cannot be 100% certain is rather unsettling.

Ah yes, we ran that equation through a probability sequencer but we discovered was that if we had applied the same Shift to yourself sir, you would have turned purple! Very pointless.
