We'd have to choose and agree on fandoms (at least 3, no more than 5) that we're both comfortable with -- you writing it, me recording it. (In my case, I have to already know the fandom and all the potential characters well enough to be able to voice them, OR be able to get to know them quickly and easily if it's something like a movie fandom.)
My fandom list is in the comment I linked to in this post, but I'm open to a lot of other possibilities.
It's more critical for you as the writer, I think, to choose fandoms where you can comfortably write any major or supporting character you might be assigned
