- Major depressive downturn over the winter. As usual, I was well into it before I realized it was happening. So that sucked. In good news, my medical support team (primary care + psych meds shrink) is very good, so I wasn't adrift alone and had the resources to deal with it appropriately ( Read more... )

So much of the experiences about which you write are so much like my experiences -- I just love you all the more for you putting it out here like this.

FitBit: yeah, I got one, but I haven't even read the operating instructions yet. Would <3 to be FitBit Friends after I figure out how to use the thing.

dSC6D WIP's: I got 'em too. *empathizes*

dSC6D Big Bang: Yep, I signed up for it and I think you should too. Even if you have to sign up multiple times and take a couple years to finish the fic ( (BTW, is it the rodeo AU?), you're still gonna get the cheerleading and brainstorming that comes with dSC6DBB community-building. I'm sure no one feels "let down" by your repeated participation -- I think it inspires everyone when you keep returning and however much you do get the fic to advance.

*hugs*

I am sorry for you loss. It's great that you focus on what a great life he had though.

I am kind of an FitBit addict myself, reaching my step goal makes me smile:)

Sorry for you loss of Indy Anna Jane. {{{hugs}}}

I'm so glad, however, you were able to find good help and have been lifted from the depression. It's also great news on the weight front. Chronic pain is something I deal with as well, so it's often my excuse for not moving as much as I should.

I hope your progress continues. It's great to see your post.
