brendan got me a present. its a thing that from apple that attaches to my nano so that when I run I can see my distance, calories, pace, and all that. im really really excited to use it. and it plays like upbeat workout songs and it keeps track of up to 1000 previous workouts.

now i want the heat to go away so i can run outside.
