Sunday Breakfast: Fruit and juice.
Snacked on: Apples and peanut butter, juice, finished the rest of the peanuts. Three giant handfuls of chocolate chips.
Lunch: Quinoa with tomatoes and onions
Dinner: I can't remember. Probably fruit. And green beans.
EDIT: I also ordered Oyama with Nicole. I got vegetable dumplings, miso soup, an avocado roll, and a shitake mushroom roll.
Monday Breakfast: Gluten free waffles and mixed frozen berries.
Lunch: The Mayan Harvest Bake from Kashi which totally has gluten in it but whatever.
Snacked on: Carrots and honeymustard, honey roasted almonds, apples and PB, French fries and ketchup.
Dinner: Spinach and mixed green salad with avocado, artichoke, walnuts, and paprika potatoes.
I caved to gluten (again) but only once and I avoided the cookie dough that was floating around. On the whole I am counting these two days as a huge success.
