wow! 4.5 miles? 6 miles in an hour?! I do 3 in 45 minutes :( That means, I must beat you!! I will do 4 miles in 45 minutes tomorrow!!! ... hopefully....
..maybe I'm just lazy, or am I really this out of shape?
I know it's surprising cause I don't look like I would be that fast (and that's just fast in this case, not if you put me next to any kind of actual runner), but I've just always had that in me. Just not the motivation or will to keep up with it, always. Hence, my current physical shape.
