Scribblings from my pen and paper journal, between 3 and 7:19 AM this morning:
I'm sitting here at a Mobile gas station and it's about 3 in the morning. Halfway home from Ludlow my car got a flat. It is now sitting on 91 South flashing every car that passes. I'm sitting dejectedly on the curb, trying not to cry or scream in frustration. No, I don'

Out of everyone I know(and I know alot of people) you by far have the most car trouble. I think you should trade it in and get a vespa scooter.

As for the vespa scooter...
Either that or the motorized Unicycle Tim suggested. 1/4 the chance of getting a flat and no door problems anymore. ^_^

Damn Malorie, I'm sorry to hear about your trouble last night/this morning. I'm constantly amazed by how much trouble seems to come to people who don't deserve it. If there were anything I could do, I would. Just remember that things always work out in the end. It just a matter of riding it out until then.

And thanks for the words, as always. You're great with all the wisdom and advice in these here journals, Rahv. \m/
It's definitely easier to ride it out when I've got Tim and my other awesome friends, such as you and DanSai, here. :)

I wish I could think of something to say, something comforting or whatever. I'm just really sorry any of this happened.

That cheered me up more than most other things could. Never fails to amuse me. :D

Hey, I'll be back up in Ludlow on Saturday. Tim and I will stop in, if you're home at any point. You might have Kaaaaaaatie plans, though. ^_^

Talk to Katie. :p
Unless you don't want to. You may have other Saturday plans. I don't actually know anything.

Sooo, have you looked into other used cars or maybe even leasing a new one? I know you're trying to run this car into the ground and you have a gigantic pile of other expenses to take care of, but maybe it's worth looking into by the end of 2004, here. Having you continue to break down in the late fall and winter and being stranded on the road to Ludlow again and again is a scary prospect.

I have to stop agreeing to trips, actually. This last one to NYC for the day, with Sheena, that's it. I've gotta start taking money into account, not just the fact that I want to hang out with all of my friends. :p
Of course, trips up to Ludlow won't stop, but, whatever. :p
So, I'll start saving and hopefully have a new used crappy car before winter starts.
I just need this car to last until then. Which is going to require a lot of duct tape and denial and blind faith.

You should look into a car. Hey, if I get a job here, I might be able to sell you my old car after I get one.
