I find that usually to be true with movies, you usually end up really likeing the one's you don't have that high expectations for, but when you get hyped about something, you're usually just setting yourself up. A movie can only be so good, especially if it's trying ot live up to something. you tend also to be more critical of movies you expect good things out of. T'would be an interesting thing to talk about in subway ^_^

Indeed it would be lol. However, even with my REALLY high expectations for the film, I nonetheless enjoyed it.

I saw it, too, and was a little disappointed. I mean, I really liked it, too... but there were a lot of loose ends in the film that they didn't pursue and the end just seemed too rushed. Then again, I suppose they couldn't really do much else. Great soundtrack, though, and overall a good flick.

I know EXACTLY how you feel. I can't stand seeing people I know whenever I go out to the mall/cinema/whatever. I guess I get a "funny feeling" about it, but it's more of a "why are you here, you need to die now" feeling.
