BOOK CLUB ISO MEMBERS!!

So today, my dearest michikatinski and I have decided to form a virtual book club! Anyone wanting to join us is very welcome! The way this will work will be that we all read the same book (duh), and then we discuss it at some point after everyone finishes. Oh wow, this sounds really special! Could I join the idea? I miss being in a book club. I had never heard of this book but I love L. M. Alcott.

I will look into getting the book.

(BTW, I saw this on FB. I hope it's ok to ask about joining in..)

I am totally offended that you want to join us in reading what should prove to be an awesome book and to contribute to the discussion of said book. But since I have no control over your whims, desires, wants, and actions, I suppose that I shall forgive your impetuous nature so long as you have a good time reading, and contribute at least one *DEEP THOUGHT* at some undetermined point in time. Does this sound agreeable to you? ^_^

Ooh, I too adore Little Women (both the movies and the books). It sounds like an intriguing book, I'd love to join in (even though I'm already behind in my reading list, LOL).

Hee hee - yeah, there's an underscore. I'm debating between getting the Kindle edition of the book or seeing if one of the used bookstores in town has a paperback copy, heh. :)

I always vote for the book in hand over the e-book. And it has suck a fetching cover! I got it for $3-4 at Half Price Books a few months ago.

That's it exactly. Just get the book as soon as you can, and in a couple weeks I'll gauge times and availabilities, as well as preference, for a discussion.

Do you have a fb account that I can add to the fb group for this? I figure it would be easier to have updates all in one place so people can interact. If you do and want to friend me first, I'm Othella Morris. Last I checked, there was only one of me, but I'm the one in Oklahoma with a user pic of two ladies, one in a grey hoodie and one (me) in a green shirt.
I could have sworn we were already fb friends, but I can't find you on my flist.

Also, the book is wonderful! I'm a little less than half way through, and I was in love by the end of the first chapter.
