Yep. (nodding). And now I'm running into a weird space where my home has roommates who live there more than I do, and it's hard to feel like it's my home.

nodding also. Yes, so true. A subtle transition happens. I think it emphasizes the old saying that Home is Where the Heart Is. Home means different things to people.

Very apt way of putting it. "Back" becomes memories and a feeling, but it's not really a 'place' so much as a series of points in time.

Loved this bittersweet story.

This is so right. I have never felt at home where I live even though I lived here or within a couple of hours from here my whole life. Where I do feel at home is 12 hours away and I have never lived there. I will though. One day.
