Gods what a horrid night. First I have the /worst/ delivery I've ever had in the 3 or 4 years of delivery driving. That sais something. It was at a construction site, the directions were wrong and gawd awful, the signs posted did not help much, and it so it took me a little over 45 min to find the place. My manager, Mike, offered no sympathy,

That's lame. Sorry that happened. You shouldn't have to take that crap, but you do want to keep your job. All I can think of is to keep your calm and explain to your manager even if he keeps having a caniption fit. *hugs tight*
