The crisis was somehow avoided. The croissants de pâtissier (there ain't no yeast, fools) turned out just fine. So really, does anyone know whether Bottletree makes their croissants with yeast or not? Does anyone feel bored enough to find out for me? Yeah? No

Someone who was really bored asked Twinkle. And apparently (I'll have to trust my source on this) there is yeast in the Bottletree croissants.
