There is a racoon sleeping on my neighbour's roof.

Also I need help identifying a flying insect that landed on one of my mom's roses. (Pictures get bigger if clicked on).

I'd say dragonfly to.... but maybe it's really an animagus and a sneaky journalist from England is spying on you. Bet you didn't think of that possibility, now, did you?

Do raccoons scare away squirrels? If so, could you please send your neighbour's new tenant to live in my yard?

Damn Animaguses. I didn't think of that at all.

Raccoons scare away a lot of things. They also rip off shingles and crawl into attics. So I'm hoping this guy doesn't make his way onto my roof. We have to get my neighbour to cut some branches off one of his trees because they reach my roof. Once they make their home in your roof, you're in big trouble.

I have lots of squirrels here too. Unfortunately we haven't figured out a way of getting rid of them completely.

And don't get me started on the skunks digging up my lawn looking for grubs!!!

Sorry, man, I was just kidding around. It looks like a dragonfly to me, too. There's at least two dozen that are in the northern hemisphere.

I'll let this slide because I'm in a good mood today!

That racoon picture is really cool! There's a cat that has been sleeping on Mr Red's car every night for a while. We see the traces left by its paws on the carhood every morning.

When I heard Madoff's sentence I had a thought for you. I guess he won't be out next week, hm.
